With Easter on its way I'm sure we can all be forgiven for having chocolate on our minds. In fact, thanks to the supermarkets it has been hard to escape the lure of the Easter egg since Boxing Day! I've never been a huge advocate of quantity over quality, always preferring one really nice egg or box of chocolates over five mediocre smarties eggs. This year is no different, I have asked for a single box of rose and violet creams and no more, OK, maybe a creme egg or two wouldn't go amiss ;)
