So, I finally did it! After months of pouring over the vast array of baking blogs on the Internet I finally bit the bullet and signed myself up.
As I write this entry I am enjoying the rich, aromatic fug of a Chocolate Beetroot Cake, slowly baking away in my kitchen. More on this later.
